CWI INSPECTION
CWI Inspection visits consists of full internal/external Visual weld inspection to all ASME/AWS/API codes/criteria/tolerances (Inclusion 3rd party QA/QC Auditing). Mechanical/Process Inspectors at AIW Tech have experience in ferritic and austenitic materials among all others. AIW Tech offers qualification for third part. AIW Tech AWS testing & Qualification to company WPS requirements represent its work. Certify welders to AWS. Visual inspection of surface preparation, dimensions, fit-ups, root weld inspections, in-process welding, final product inspection to client procedures/specifications.
AIW TECH offers Deep Sea Underwater diving VT & NDT Inspections. On-site inspection services-reporting with defect identification & measurements. Surveillance/Conducting to all NDT methods (MT,PT,UT,ET,RT,VT). Verification of WPS, MTR's, WPQ's, WPQR's & Parameters being met. Verification of Isometrics & P&ID's. Tracing of all weld logs, weld number identifiers, welder number identifiers, heat numbers & mapping. Assuring Inspection test plan and quality control plan being satisfied. Performance of remote visual inspection where necessary. Aerial inspections. Positive Material Identification (PMI), Brinell Hardness Testing, Ferrite Testing where required. Monitor reparations in process following defects & make recommendations/instructions. Materials & hardware inspections per ASTM grade specifications. Post Weld Heat-Treatment Witnessing & Chart Verification. Witnessing of Hydrostatic/Pneumatic testing per client specifications. Torque sequence witnessing per client specified procedures.
